Stryker reserves the right to publicly disclose the payment by Stryker of any expenses, or any other transfer of value, made to or on behalf of a Health Care Professional or organization and any other information required to be disclosed by applicable law.

Cancellation Clause: All programs are subject to change or cancel due to any unforeseen circumstances. Stryker will provide as much advance notice of changes to the attendees, if applicable. Communication will come directly from Stryker’s Medical Education Department or the surgeon’s respective sales representative. Stryker will be responsible for cancelling any in-kind travel booked through Reed & MacKay on behalf of the surgeon. Stryker is not responsible and will not reimburse any incurred costs for surgeon’s travel booked outside of the Stryker Travel Agency or for any guests of the surgeon.
