Orthopedic surgeon, Armodios Hatzidakis, MD, introduces the AEQUALIS™ IM Humeral Nail and explains the Aequalis fixation philosophies. Dr Hatzidakis will also discuss the straight nail design rationale, which features a tuberosity-based proximal screw pattern that supports the periphery of the humeral head fragment and avoids the articular surface. Finally, he compares the preoperative radiographs and post-operative radiographs.
