Stryker is committed to following the AdvaMed Code of Ethics and therefore we cannot pay for meals, refreshments, travel or other expenses for guests of Health Care Professionals or for any person without a bona fide professional interest in the information shared at this course. Please limit attendance at course activities to Health Care Professionals only. Stryker reserves the right to publicly disclose the payment by Stryker of any expenses, or any other transfer of value, made to or on behalf of a Health Care Professional or organization and any other information required to be disclosed by applicable law.

Cancellation Clause: All programs are subject to change or cancel due to any unforeseen circumstances. Stryker will provide as much advance notice of changes to the attendees, if applicable. Communication will come directly from Stryker’s Medical Education Department or the surgeon’s respective sales representative. Stryker will be responsible for cancelling any in-kind travel booked through Reed & MacKay on behalf of the surgeon. Stryker is not responsible and will not reimburse any incurred costs for surgeon’s travel booked outside of the Stryker Travel Agency or for any guests of the surgeon.
